By 31 May 2026, every PBO must submit its IT3(d) return to SARS. This is the third-party data submission that links every Section 18A receipt you issued during the tax year to the donor who claimed it. Get it wrong, submit it late, or skip it entirely, and you risk:
- Donors having their tax deductions disallowed
- SARS audits and queries on your organisation
- In serious cases, suspension of your Section 18A status
Most nonprofits are still doing this work the hard way. Spreadsheet exports, manual reconciliation, late nights, and crossed fingers when uploading to eFiling.
It does not have to be that way.
Phambano is partnering with ActiveDonor, the only SARS-approved donor management platform with direct IT3(d) submission, to host a free webinar walking through everything you need for the 2026 deadline:
- How Section 18A and IT3(d) work together
- The most common compliance mistakes and how to avoid them
- How modern tools have changed what’s possible (bulk issuing, one-click SARS submission, Excel imports)
- What’s changed for the 2026 season
Thursday 14 May 2026, 9am SAST
Whether you issue 50 Section 18A receipts a year or 5,000, this hour will be worth your time.

See you there.
