How do I get started?

Signup using the getting started link above and you will be guided on how to create your own ActiveDonor account.

Where do I learn how to use ActiveDonor?

There are many useful support resources and videos available at our Help Center. We also have a dedicated Customer Support team in place that is happy to help you with any questions or walk you through the application – feel free to contact us, or if you’d prefer to have a chat you can call us on 031 208 2458.

What do I need to access ActiveDonor?

A computer or laptop or tablet with a stable internet connection is required to access ActiveDonor.

Can I access ActiveDonor without an internet connection?

Not at the moment. We are working on creating offline functionality in the future.

Do I need to install ActiveDonor on my Computer / PC / Mac?

No installation is required. ActiveDonor is a cloud based application and is accessible from anywhere at anytime. You do not need to worry about complicated installation processes. All that is required is an internet connected device. 

Account & Subscriptions

How does the trial work?

When you sign up, you instantly get access to the entire ActiveDonor productivity suite. The trial is completely free for you to evaluate ActiveDonor. The free trial allows you to generate upto 100 receipts, more than enough to try out ActiveDonor with your team before upgrading.

You can then select a plan and pay by credit card or EFT continue to use the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will be suspended.

Is my data safe?

Protecting your organizations data is one of our highest priorities. Our servers are hosted in a world-class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance and we ensure that our application is always up-to-date with the latest security patches. You can view our security policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Monthly Payments:
We accept payment by debit or credit card (VISA / MasterCard etc ) and Instant EFT all through PayStack.

Annual Payment:
Annual payments can be done via EFT. Our banking details and your invoice reference number will be available on your account billing page.

What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?

The difference is how often you pay your subscription fee. With monthly billing, you will be charged on the same day each month. With annual billing, you are charged once for the whole year.

Annual billing
Your account subscription is charged once for the balance of one full year, and will not be charged again (assuming not alterations to the number of donors in your account) until the year is over.

Monthly billing
Monthly subscriptions are charged on the same date each month every month, for as long as that subscription remains active. You can cancel your account at any time, from the account billing page and this will suspent your subscription.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes - You can cancel your monthly or annual plan at any time within the first 14 days and receive a full refund. No questions asked!

If the first 14 days have ended and you feel you deserve a refund, contact us to let us know why and we will review your request.
